Children in the age group of 2 to 6 years, will cry a lot in schools, saying that they want to meet their mother/father while in school. But the actual reason for crying is more biological and not always emotional. As they are forced to sit at one place, their blood circulation is altered, which their body does not like and they feel uncomfortable. Kids like to move a lot at this age frequently and that helps them gain energy from food. If they are kept stationary for a long time, they will cry. This tendency of constant movement will go down as they grow older and move towards adulthood.
If they are with their parents, they will hug them or play with them, so they cry to be with their parents. Teachers have to make sure that they move the kids hand and feet constantly without getting hurt, this will reduce the crying.
