In this video Mr. Saksham Dwivedi, is trying to clean garbage by his feet by throwing it to the floor below him. He has been taught by his Parents/Guardians/Teachers that to clean your room area, throw the garbage in neighbours living area.
This is another instance of domestic violence, because he has been requested a number of times not to do that. But he only wants to exercise his free will and dominance on everyone around him. Thinking that people taking care of him are actually his full time servants.
In the second video, he is risking an accident, by climbing the stairs the wrong way. But there is no way to stop him, because of the reasons in the above paragraph above.
