When asked earlier, this Man told that they are authorised by the Lucknow Nagar Nigam, to do this activity. It has been observed that this child is accompanying the Man, at least from the last 1 year, everyday. There has also been an instance where this child was slapped in the middle of the road a few weeks back, as he was trying to play. But this Man, shouted at thim, that he is becoming a hindrance in his work, so I will beat you.
Kids who are at a younger age should actually be going to a school, than getting trained to pick garbage from the houses.
